Our Extrusion Molding Division has enhanced its processing technology since the establishment of our company. It provides and processes various types of cutting materials, ranging from general-purpose plastics to super engineering plastics, into rods, plates, sheets, tubes and many other shapes.
Our Injection Molding Division provides precision machinery components and other small, complex products, as well as products with superior resistance to chemicals and wear.
Thermoplastic CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) extrusion material developed by Toray Plastics Precision is a new material comprising a combination of PA6 and carbon fiber, which enables processing using conventional plastics engineering equipment. It is lightweight, strong, tough, easily processable and recyclable, and capable of cost-lowering, high-speed processing and high volume production.
