Punching

This is the processing method through which a plate or sheet is punched using metal molds called a punch and a die.

Characteristics

  • (1) Materials can be punched without deburring.
  • (2) The pore diameter of the punches can be less than the thickness of the sheet. Applications: Speaker covers, parts for racing bikes
